Water pieces have several distinct features that allow them to be used with water. Most importantly they include a pool or landing platform with a bumper. They also have places to connect a house. Most water pieces can be used wet or dry.

It depend on the equipment. A small piece of equipment can require a dedicated 15 or 20 amp circuit (breaker). Larger pices could require two dedicated circuits (breakers).
